What is my Equipment I.D tag?
The Equipment I.D. tag is a Black & White tag on the front cover of your equipment. You will use it to place supply orders and request service.
How do I place a supply order?
Supply orders can be placed by calling customer care at 517-272-1400 Option 3 or login onto our website; it’s easiest to have your Equipment I.D. ready but it’s
not a necessity.
How do I place a service call?
Service calls can be placed by calling customer care at 517-272-1400 Option 4 or login onto our website; it’s easiest to have your Equipment I.D. ready but it’s not
a necessity.
Where do I find my meter reading?
It is typically found in User Tools/Counter, but please call customer care option 4 and someone will assist you.
How do we obtain (collect) your meter reading?
If your equipment is capable we will set it up on @REMOTE service which will automatically input the meter reading into our system. We can also fax or email the
request to you.
Can the Service Technician deliver my toner?
Service Technicians do not carry toner with them because we cannot guarantee a stable environment which would affect the quality of the toner.
When should I expect my supply order?
Local supply orders placed before 11:00am will be delivered the same day. Non-local orders placed before 4:00pm will ship that day and in most cases be delivered
the following day.
When should I order toner?
If you order toner when you put your last toner in the equipment you will always have one on-hand and never run out.
When can I expect service to arrive ?
The Polack Corporation Service Department prides itself on great customer service and will average a 4 hour response time. |
